Owner / Operator
Britton Neeley started in construction at 16 years old. While working under a master carpenter for several years he realized his passion for building and remodeling. Britton has worked in several other building-related industries and was a firefighter for 10 years. Britton truly cares about his clients, his team, and his work. His main goal is to build a trustworthy and reliable building company with a great team culture.
Erik Vanwart
Project Manager
Erik, a veteran of the US Navy has spent a large portion of his civilian life in residential construction. From repairs and remodeling to managing new home builds on the coast of North Carolina, Erik's wide range of experience shows in his attention to detail and workmanship. Erik cares greatly about the people he serves and his work.
Steven Young
Lead Carpenter
Steven is a longtime Ellijay, Georgia native with over 15 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. Steven specializes in carpentry and brings a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for quality craftsmanship to every project.
Samantha Stephan
Interior Designer
Samantha, founder of Southern Bespoke Design, brings a wealth of experience to the table, cultivated over 10 years in both the business development and design realms of custom linens and furniture. She is passionate about crafting spaces that are both beautiful and comfortable, tailored to your individual needs. Samantha believes your home should be a reflection of your unique personality and lifestyle.

Marketing Director

Santiago, founder of VYIAS Studio has over a decade of experience in design, development, digital marketing combined with a unique fusion of creativity, strategy, and technical skills to the NBH team. A steadfast believer in functional design, he approaches each project from various angles, aiming to create designs that are not only aesthetically pleasing, but also highly effective in fulfilling their intended purpose.
Colin Montes
Technical Operations & Project Systems
With a deep-rooted family lineage in contracting, real estate, and law, Colin brings a lifelong insider's perspective to the industry. He built on this foundation with hands-on experience ranging from multi-unit property management and lot grading to finish carpentry as a licensed contractor. Graduating from Codesmith’s Advanced Software Engineering Residency, now at NBH, he bridges craftsmanship and technology, building custom frameworks that increase efficiency across the construction cycle. Deeply invested locally, Colin also serves as President of New Beginnings, a North Georgia non-profit developing Progress Pointe.
