Custom Stone & Timber Shower Enclosure
This bathroom renovation showcases our ability to introduce modern luxury conveniences into classic timber-heavy interiors without losing an ounce of charm. We designed and built a sleek, shallow curb entry walk-in shower that balances crisp, clean tile work with raw, organic design elements. Organic Textures & Stonework: The interior of the shower stall is wrapped in large-format neutral tile with subtle stone veining, installed in a classic running bond pattern to give the walls a clean, solid feel. To add a tactile, natural element underfoot, we laid a beautifully variation-rich river pebble floor. This organic stone theme is carried onto the vertical wall through a thoughtfully matching recessed accessory niche, perfect for sleek product storage. Timber Framing & Integration: Design continuity was critical for this project. To bridge the transition between the smooth tile interior and the bathroom's original tongue-and-groove pine walls, we wrapped the entire shower opening in a custom, stout timber casing. This warm wood framing perfectly mirrors the existing paneling while defining the new shower space. Complete with updated contemporary fixtures and integrated overhead recessed lighting, the finished space feels like a premium, custom oasis.
